Recently, at the Zhifu District venue of the city's high-quality development major project construction promotion meeting, the China Innovation Media Center Yunguli project officially started construction.

The project is located east of Tongshi South Road, north of Wenxin Road, and south of Gangcheng West Street. It is invested and developed by Yantai Ruidong Xinzhuo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, covering a total area of 68.4 acres and a total construction area of 93000 square meters. The main functional areas include a new media display center, an incubation maker center, a new media technology research and data center, a new media comprehensive service center, a brand promotion center, a WEWORK shared office center, and supporting display blocks. The project takes the intelligent digital park as the carrier, and through the operation mode of media+technology culture+online, comprehensively builds an innovative platform that integrates industry, academia, research, and service, and creates a new model of a new media center that integrates industry and city.

The project will integrate regional industry resources and new media industries, MCN institutions, live streaming e-commerce formats, supply chain upstream and downstream systems, and other enterprises to achieve industrial management aggregation, industrial chain integration and upgrading, intelligent park collaborative operation, and the operation concept of achieving core business value through the entire new media industry chain. Together, we will create a new media industry ecological park and a talent gathering park. The main construction of the project is planned to be completed by 30% within the year.
