The construction site not only faces the challenges of high temperatures and strong winds, but also the impact of complex tidal and current patterns on the construction plan. The tidal characteristics of the Arabian Gulf require precise control of tidal time during construction to ensure critical offshore operations are carried out at the appropriate time. The strong currents and waves on site have also brought additional challenges to the transportation and installation of equipment.

In this environmental context, multiple departments including project technology, quality, and safety have developed strict work plans for construction personnel through multiple field surveys and detailed meteorological data analysis, ensuring construction safety and efficiency.
