On June 11, China Road and Bridge Kyrgyz Office signed a business contract with the Ministry of Construction of Kyrgyzstan for the construction and operation project of Chorpun Atta Sewage Treatment Plant, and a business contract for the 22-kilometer tourist highway project in Alashan with the Ministry of Transport of Kyrgyzstan.
Located in the core area of Issyk-Kul Lake, the most famous tourist resort in Kyrgyzstan, the project is designed to treat 14,000 tons of sewage per day, covering the construction, operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plants, effluent lifting pumping stations and water supply pipe networks, which will significantly improve the water quality of Issyk-Kul Lake tourist area, reduce the risk of environmental pollution, and help the local area achieve sustainable development goals.
The construction content of the 22-kilometer tourist highway project in Alashan mainly includes earthworks, drainage works, asphalt concrete pavement works and traffic safety ancillary works.
