On July 8, 2025, Dai Hegen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, held high-level talks with Suhair Mohammed Mazrui, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates and Chairman of Etihad Hydro, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
