On June 12, CIMC Modular Building (MBS) successfully signed a contract for the Earth Hotel, Riyadh project in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.

As CIMC's first modular building hotel project in the Middle East, it marks the recognition of China's green building technology in the international high-end market, and is also a powerful practice of China's technology service global sustainable development strategy, injecting new momentum into the high-quality Belt and Road cooperation. Globe Boutique Hotels is an eco-friendly and design-driven hotel group dedicated to creating new experiences for modern, lifestyle-conscious business travelers and travelers. Among them, the Earth Boutique Hotel Riyadh will be built into a local four-star hotel chain, with a total construction area of 11,000 square meters and a three-storey building. Designed to blend Saudi culture, sustainability and creative aesthetics, the hotel features 86 unique rooms, lofts and suites.

CIMC Modular Building (MBS) will rely on the world's leading modular integration technology and rich overseas construction experience to provide building module design, manufacturing, construction and installation support for the project, which can not only shorten the construction period by more than 50%, but also effectively reduce about 70% of on-site construction waste and carbon emissions by more than 30% compared with the traditional construction mode, and will become a demonstration project for Saudi Arabia to practice the "double carbon" goal.
