Recently, Uzbekistan's Almarek Mining and Metallurgy Joint Stock Company has been in discussions with China Nerin Engineering Co., Ltd. and Export Import Bank of China regarding future cooperation directions. This negotiation mainly focuses on projects related to capacity expansion and the construction of metallurgical complexes. Both parties have sorted out multiple high-quality cooperation intentions, focusing on two core directions: improving the production capacity of the factory area and building a new metallurgical complex; At the same time, both sides also discussed the possibility of Chinese companies participating in the construction of slag treatment facilities for ongoing projects.
During the visit, the Chinese delegation visited the Enterprise History Museum located in the Metallurgical Culture Palace, as well as the observation platforms of the Kalmarker and Joshlik No.1 open-pit mines. In addition, the delegation also conducted on-site inspections of the actual operation status of the newly built No. 3 copper beneficiation plant and smelting facility control center.
