Recently, the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission announced the first batch of private capital promotion lists in the province, and four key reservoir projects were on the list. Mengzi city Niuzuodi Reservoir Project, with a total investment of 207 million yuan, is located in mengzi city, Honghe Prefecture. It is characterized by "green intelligence". The main construction contents include a dam with a dam height of 48.6 meters, an spillway, a diversion tunnel and a pumping station, in which the pumping station adopts the combined pumping mode of "power grid+photovoltaic" to realize efficient energy utilization and sustainable operation. Through the introduction of entrusted operation and professional management, the project improves the efficiency of project operation and maintenance and ensures the stability of regional water supply.

The total investment of Yongzheng Reservoir Project in Nanjian County is 457 million yuan, which is located in Nanjian County, Dali Prefecture. As a medium-sized reservoir with a total storage capacity of 10.925 million cubic meters, the project consists of a hub, a water diversion and water delivery system, and the designed annual water supply is 11.212 million cubic meters, which can meet the drinking water demand of 29,800 people and 123,700 livestock, and irrigate 28,00 mu of farmland at the same time, directly helping agricultural production and rural revitalization in Nanjian County. The project adopts the introduction of franchising, and realizes the balance between investment return and public service responsibility by granting long-term operation rights to private capital.

The Haitangping Reservoir Project in Lushui City, with a total investment of 495 million yuan, is located in the middle and upper reaches of the Mamang River in Lushui City, Nujiang Prefecture. It is a small (1) reservoir with a total storage capacity of 2.771 million cubic meters. It is designed with a concrete face rockfill dam. The maximum dam height is 93.5 meters, the dam axis is 208 meters, and it is equipped with a 35.5-kilometer water pipeline, with an annual water supply of 11.056 million cubic meters, which can completely solve the problem of large-scale practice in Lushui City. The introduction method of this project is the participation of Chinese and private capital, and social capital is encouraged to participate in the construction through equity cooperation and share the development benefits.

Susu Reservoir Project in Jianshui County, with a total investment of 434 million yuan, is located in Jianshui County, Honghe Prefecture, with the core function of "irrigation+water supply", with a total storage capacity of 11.099 million cubic meters and a designed irrigation area of 24,100 mu, which can guarantee the drinking water safety of 11,100 people. Through the linkage of barrage, water conveyance tunnel and other facilities, the anti-risk ability of agricultural production and the efficiency of water resources utilization in Jianshui County can be improved. The project adopts the introduction of private equity participation, and relies on the equity diversification model to attract social capital and help the project land quickly.
