The world's first closed-loop Ordos Zero-Carbon Industrial Park has achieved the coordinated development of "wind and solar hydrogen storage vehicles", with an annual emission reduction of 100 million tons; Beijing Goldwind Technology Yizhuang Smart Park realizes 100% green electricity supply through intelligent microgrids; Jiangsu Jiangdao Smart Cube innovatively adopts "photovoltaic storage direct and flexible" technology, and the self-sufficiency rate of renewable energy reaches 85%.

The construction of zero-carbon parks will drive scientific and technological innovation in the fields of renewable energy, energy storage, and microgrids. Industry experts pointed out that this process requires not only technological breakthroughs, but also institutional and business model innovations. The state will promote the formation of a cascade development pattern of "planning, building and operating a batch" through policies and measures such as financial support, credit preferential treatment, and factor guarantees.
