Recently, the Hungarian government announced a series of far-reaching transportation construction plans aimed at comprehensively improving the domestic transportation network, strengthening regional connectivity, and injecting new impetus into economic development.

In terms of highway construction, a new highway plan has emerged to connect Kesheg, Songbothei, and Kolmende. This new highway is like an economic artery about to be paved, closely connecting the three cities and promoting trade, personnel flow, and cultural exchange between regions. According to the plan, the relevant work will officially start in 2026. At that time, construction workers will sweat on this land and contribute to the development of transportation in Hungary.

At the same time, the 100 kilometer route connecting Sopron and Lake Balaton will also undergo significant upgrades. The upgrade aims to equip it with dual carriageway functionality, further enhancing the road's capacity and safety. It is expected that this project will cost 511 million euros. Although the investment is huge, in the long run, it will greatly improve the transportation situation in the region and provide a more convenient travel experience for local residents and tourists. At present, this work is being carefully planned by the Ministry of Construction and Transport to ensure that every link can be scientifically and reasonably promoted.

In the field of bridge construction, the construction of the bridge spanning the Danube River by Mohachi is steadily progressing. This 756 meter long bridge spans the Danube River like a steel dragon and will become an important transportation hub in southern Hungary upon completion. It will not only significantly improve the transportation conditions in southern Hungary, but also provide better connections for neighboring Serbia and Croatia, promoting economic cooperation and development between regions. In addition to the bridge itself, the project also includes the construction of 30 kilometers of connecting roads to form a complete transportation network, further enhancing the regional transportation convenience.
