According to public information, the project has a total length of about 85 kilometers and is constructed according to the standard of a two-way four lane expressway. The design speed is 100 kilometers per hour and the expected construction period is 3 years. After completion, it will become a key passage connecting the core city of the region with surrounding counties and districts.
From the perspective of project positioning, its core value lies not only in "access", but also in "breaking through barriers". The current project covers 2 prefecture level cities and 5 county-level economies along the route, including industrial strong zones with manufacturing as the pillar, as well as county-level areas with ecological tourism and characteristic agriculture as the core. In response to the terrain characteristics of multiple mountains and valleys along the route, the design plan includes 12 bridges and 5 tunnels, with a bridge tunnel ratio of 35%. By optimizing the route direction, the occupation of farmland and forest land can be reduced; At the same time, a smart transportation system will be synchronously constructed along the entire line, including real-time monitoring of road conditions, rapid response to emergency rescue, and other functions. In the future, full coverage of truck ETC dedicated channels can be achieved, further improving traffic efficiency. In addition, the project will also support the construction of four service areas.
