Recently, a consortium consisting of Shanghai Quanzhu Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. and Hunan Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the T-1312 public construction project in Kuwait, with a bid amount of 430 million yuan. This project is the first comprehensive livelihood project undertaken by Quanzhu in the Middle East region, marking an important breakthrough for Chinese enterprises in the Middle East construction market.

As an integrated delivery project, Quanzhu will be responsible for providing full lifecycle services covering construction, mechanical and electrical engineering, and interior decoration, demonstrating the comprehensive implementation capabilities of Chinese construction enterprises in overseas projects. The project is located in the Mutla area of Kuwait's Jehra Province, with a total construction area of approximately 87000 square meters. It is an important demonstration area for the integration of education and religion in northwest Kuwait. The construction includes 3 kindergartens, 1 girls' junior high school, 1 boys' junior high school, 8 mosques, 8 religious buildings, as well as supporting roads, pipelines, and external municipal facilities.

The T-1312 public construction project is invested and constructed by the Kuwait Housing Welfare Public Administration, with Walla Construction Company serving as the general contractor. The planned construction period is 900 days, and it is expected to be completed and delivered in 2028. As a key livelihood project in Kuwait, the completion of the project will significantly enhance the allocation of educational resources and community service functions in the Mutra area, further improve local public living facilities, and provide important support for the sustainable development of Kuwaiti society.
