As the the Belt and Road Initiative ushers in the new journey of the tenth anniversary, Chinese foreign contracted engineering enterprises are again making good news in the East African market. Recently, Jiangxi International Economic and Technological Cooperation Co., Ltd. won two consecutive bids for important housing construction projects in the Tanzanian market - the administrative office building construction project of the Kigoma branch of the Bank of Tanzania and the multifunctional comprehensive building construction project of the Mwanza campus of the Bank of Tanzania. The project will build a new administrative office building with one underground floor and six above ground floors, as well as a three story auxiliary building, and complete ancillary facilities and outdoor engineering. As a regional financial hub, the completion of this project will greatly enhance the service capacity and office efficiency of Tanzania Bank in the western region, and is of great significance for promoting the urban modernization and regional economic development of Kigoma city.

Another project, the Tanzania Banking College Mwanza Campus Multi functional Complex Building, is located in Mwanza, the second largest city in Tanzania. The project will construct a multifunctional building with 8 floors above ground, and complete comprehensive decoration, mechanical and electrical installation, and outdoor engineering. As an important cradle for cultivating financial talents in Tanzania, the construction of this comprehensive building will directly optimize the teaching and research environment, continuously supply professional talents to Tanzania's financial system, and fundamentally consolidate the intellectual foundation of the country's economic development.
