China Energy Engineering Group Guangdong Thermal Power Engineering Co., Ltd. plans to win the bid for the first phase 500MW EPC project of the Fuping 1GW photovoltaic power generation guarantee grid connection project. China Energy Engineering Group Hunan Thermal Power Construction Co., Ltd. plans to win the bid for the construction and equipment bundling procurement project of the 500000 kW low-carbon transformation photovoltaic project in Yili Gongliu Industrial Park of Huaneng Xinjiang Gongliu New Energy Company. The total bidding price for these two projects reached 2.288 billion yuan.
The construction site of the Fuping 1GW photovoltaic power generation guarantee grid connection project is in Fuping County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, including Shijiazhai Township, Datai Township, and Taiyu Township. The project aims to construct a photovoltaic power station with a rated capacity of 500MW on the AC side and 600MWD on the DC side. A 220KV booster station will also be built to support the project, which will include two 250MVA main transformers. At the same time, an energy storage system with a capacity of 100MW and a storage duration of 1400MWh needs to be built. Electricity needs to be transmitted through a 25 kilometer long line to achieve grid connection.

China Energy Engineering Group Zhejiang Thermal Power Construction Co., Ltd. ranks third with a bid amount of 1884241838.22 yuan.
Another project, the low-carbon transformation photovoltaic project of Huaneng Xinjiang Gongliu New Energy Company Yili Gongliu 500000 kW Industrial Park, involves construction and equipment bundling procurement, located in Yilegadai Village, Gongliu County, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang. This village is about 90 kilometers away from Yining City and only 9.8 kilometers away from Gongliu County. The planned photovoltaic capacity for the project is 500MW, with a capacity ratio of 1.17. The project also requires the construction of a new 220kV collection station. The gathering station is planned to have three main transformers, each with a capacity of 240MVA. Only two of them will be built in this phase, and the remaining locations will be reserved for future expansion. In addition to the main transformer equipment, it is also necessary to construct an energy storage facility with a capacity of 50MW and a storage time of 100MWh. All electricity is transmitted to the 220kV Gongliu substation through a 220kV line. This route is 25 kilometers long.

The winning bid for this project was ranked first by China Energy Engineering Group Hunan Thermal Power Construction Co., Ltd., with a bid amount of 398203953.91 yuan. China Aneng Group Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. ranks second with a bid amount of 429700540.93 yuan. China Energy Engineering Group Northeast Electric Power First Engineering Co., Ltd. ranks third with a bid amount of 411570946.19 yuan. Through these two projects, it can be seen that the company needs to complete a lot of work, including site selection, design, procurement, transportation, construction, commissioning, maintenance, etc. The winning bidders are China Energy Engineering Group Guangdong Thermal Power Engineering Co., Ltd. and China Energy Engineering Group Hunan Thermal Power Construction Co., Ltd.
