Recently, significant progress has been made in the reconstruction project of the northern boundary to Yingcun section of the Xiabei Line in Suichang County. The consortium formed by CCCC First Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. Xiamen Engineering Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Xinyifang Construction Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the SG01 section of the project, with a bid amount of 217389718 yuan. This mountainous road, with a total length of approximately 9.191 kilometers, will inject new impetus into the rural revitalization and ecological economic development of eastern China.

The starting point of the project is located on the south side of Beijie Township, at a level crossing with the existing G528 National Highway. The route passes through several villages such as Guanxi, Jinguoli, and Zhoucun, and finally reaches the eastern entrance of Yingcun Township, where it connects smoothly with the existing X605 County Road. As a comprehensive transportation project, the project will construct 15 new bridges (with a total length of 1664.48 meters, including 8 major bridges and 7 medium and small bridges), 2 tunnels (with a total length of 705 meters), and support the construction of 8 level crossings, 29 culverts and other facilities.

In terms of technical standards, the project strictly follows the Technical Standards for Highway Engineering, adopts the standard of two-way two lane second-class highway, and the design speed is 60km/h. The design load level of the bridge and culvert is Highway-I level, and the pavement adopts a multi-layer composite structure, including a modified asphalt concrete surface layer and a cement stabilized crushed stone base layer, to ensure the durability and driving comfort of the road.

It is reported that the total investment of the project is 575.79 million yuan, of which the construction and installation cost is about 282.89 million yuan. The winning bidder will be responsible for the entire construction process of roadbed, pavement, bridges and culverts, tunnels, etc. within the scope of the construction drawings. According to the plan, the construction period of the project is 30 months, and it is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in 2025.
