On November 10, 2025, Lv Jun, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of China Datang Corporation, held talks with Ukrainian Prime Minister Alipov in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The two sides reached important consensus on deepening energy cooperation and promoting green transformation.
Lv Jun said that China Datang actively implements the the Belt and Road Initiative, will continue to increase its investment and operation in Uzbekistan's renewable energy sector, and is committed to building a model of China Uzbekistan economic cooperation to help Uzbekistan achieve the strategic goals of Uzbekistan 2030. Prime Minister Alipov highly affirmed the contributions made by China Datang to the energy and power industry in Ukraine, and emphasized that the Ukrainian government will fully support the promotion and expansion of China Datang's projects in Ukraine.

On the same day, Lv Jun held talks with the Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Rurabek Mirzamachmudov, and the two sides had in-depth exchanges on strengthening cooperation in energy, electricity, and technological innovation. Under the witness of both parties, Datang Overseas Investment Company signed a project cooperation agreement with Uzbekistan Energy Sales Company.
From November 10th to 11th, Lv Jun visited the Datang Uzbekistan Buka Photovoltaic Project, Central Asia Representative Office, and the planned site of Buka Phase II Photovoltaic Storage Project to gain a detailed understanding of production and operation, visit frontline employees, and hold on-site discussions. He emphasized the need to continue promoting win-win development between enterprises and host countries, and enhancing the international influence of China Datang brand. During the research period, Lv Jun and the President of Tashkent State Technical University jointly unveiled the plaque for the "Datang Haitou Tashkent State Technical University Green Energy Technology Education Center".
