Recently, the bidding for two major projects, Wuxiang Taihang General Airport and China Eastern Airlines Pudong International Airport Maintenance Base, has been completed, with a total bid amount exceeding 1.2 billion yuan, marking new progress in China's aviation infrastructure construction.

Wuxiang Taihang General Airport Project

The project is positioned as an A1 level general airport with a flight area index of 2B. The main construction contents include: a runway with a length of 1200 meters and a width of 30 meters, a supporting taxiway system, a 201 meter by 76.5 meter apron (with 5B2 straight stands), and facilities such as a comprehensive building, hangar, and power center with a total area of over 7000 square meters. The project also includes the construction of supporting systems such as air traffic control, meteorology, and fuel supply.

After evaluation, the consortium led by Shanxi Mechanized Construction Group Co., Ltd. won the bid for the general contracting of the project for 123645143.86 yuan. The supervision unit was awarded the bid by Shanxi Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. for 1688000 yuan.

China Eastern Airlines Pudong International Airport Maintenance Base Project

The project is located in Zhuqiao Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with a total construction area of approximately 172621.23 square meters. It will build 18 new individual buildings, including a comprehensive building, aviation material warehouse, engine center, hangar and other professional facilities, as well as supporting facilities such as apron, taxiway and outdoor engineering.

China Construction First Engineering Group Co., Ltd. won the bid for the general contracting of construction with a total cost of 1090122683 yuan.
