Recently, Uzbekistan's Deputy Minister of Justice, Rabyev, led a delegation to visit Shaanxi Construction Holdings Group and held talks with Han Junfeng, a member of the group's party committee and deputy general manager of the joint-stock company. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on topics such as deepening infrastructure construction cooperation and promoting the landing of key projects, and jointly witnessed the signing of the strategic framework cooperation agreement. This cooperation marks an important breakthrough for Shaanxi Construction Group in exploring the Central Asian market. It will take the construction of the new campus of Tashkent State Law University as an opportunity to create a demonstration project for China Ukraine cooperation.

According to the agreement, both parties will uphold the principles of "equality, mutual benefit, and win-win cooperation", fully leverage their respective resource advantages, actively explore innovative cooperation models, and jointly promote the planning, design, and construction of the new campus of Tashkent State University of Law. This project is not only an important project in the field of education in Uzbekistan, but also a key measure for Shaanxi Construction Group to implement the "the Belt and Road" initiative and deepen the market layout in Central Asia.
At the symposium, both parties agreed to establish a long-term communication mechanism and carry out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in areas such as infrastructure construction. By promoting high-quality project construction and creating a model project for China Ukraine cooperation, we aim to inject new momentum into enhancing China Ukraine friendship and promoting practical cooperation, and help build a closer China Central Asia community with a shared future.
