Against the backdrop of the global energy transition wave and Saudi Arabia's "2030 Vision", the Middle East photovoltaic market is experiencing a milestone breakthrough. Recently, JinkoSolar and China Energy Construction Group reached a procurement agreement for 2GW Tiger Neo3.0 modules, injecting advanced technological power into the sixth phase of the Forise Photovoltaic Project of the Saudi Public Investment Fund. This project not only becomes the flagship project for regional energy transformation with a total capacity of 4.2GW, but also sets a new paradigm for the construction of photovoltaic power stations in extreme environments through the collaborative innovation of the Zhongxin Bo Tianji II tracking system and localized supply chain.

As a benchmark project in the central region of Saudi Arabia, the Faris Photovoltaic Project includes two sub sites, AFIF1 (1.8GW) and AFIF2 (2.4GW), and its construction scale and technical challenges are among the top in the industry. In the face of frequent sandstorms, strong winds, and extreme temperatures above 50 ℃ in the Riyadh region, the project innovatively adopts a "technology dual engine" driving solution: JinkoSolar's Feihu 3 component ensures power generation gain with high conversion efficiency and low attenuation characteristics, while Zhongxinbo uses the SkyII tracking system to achieve dynamic wind resistance, combined with customized support design and special pile foundation that "follows the slope", effectively responding to local floods and complex terrain. This full chain technology adaptation that runs through components, brackets, and system integration enables the project to achieve a power generation increase of approximately 7% -10% throughout its entire lifecycle.
It is worth noting that China's photovoltaic industry has achieved a leap from product exports to ecological construction in the Middle East. The second phase production base of Zhongxin Bo in Jeddah has increased its annual delivery capacity in the Middle East to 15GW. Its localized network covering research and development, production, and services is strategically aligned with JinkoSolar's technology accumulation of over 190GW in global shipments. This collaborative model of "components+brackets+EPC" is driving China's overall new energy solutions to deeply participate in the global zero carbon competition. When the scorching sun in the desert is transformed into green energy, the Fulis project is like a prism, reflecting a new vision of China's photovoltaic industry going global - from single product trade to technical standard output, from suppliers upgrading to value chain reconstructors. In the golden sand sea and scorching sunshine of Saudi Arabia, this symphony of energy transformation, composed of efficient components, intelligent tracking systems, and customized design, will not only accelerate the reshaping of the energy structure in the Middle East, but also indicate that China's new energy corps is winning a broader voice in the global carbon neutrality journey.Editor/Cheng Liting
