Recently, CHINA CAMC Engineering CO., LTD. made a grand appearance at the 2025 ITTC held in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan. Through a series of activities such as high-level dialogues, special exhibitions, and signing ceremonies, the company comprehensively demonstrated its comprehensive strength in the field of transportation infrastructure, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Transport of Turkmenistan, laying a solid foundation for deepening cooperation in the Central Asian market.

During the exhibition, Liu Shengcheng, Deputy General Manager of CAMCE, led a delegation to participate in the exhibition and warmly received the delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan, Mametkhan Qakiyev, at the company's booth. Liu Shengcheng provided a detailed introduction to CAMCE's business layout plan in Turkmenistan, particularly focusing on the development ideas in the field of transportation infrastructure. He emphasized that the company will be based on local market demand, actively participate in Turkmenistan's modernization construction, and help promote new heights of economic and trade cooperation between China and Turkmenistan.

Vice Prime Minister Mamet Khan Chakiyev highly praised CAMCE's professional strength, engineering quality, and international large-scale project management capabilities in the field of transportation infrastructure. He appreciated the company's active participation in infrastructure construction in Turkmenistan and expressed that Turkmenistan is willing to deepen practical cooperation in multiple fields with CAMCE, jointly promoting regional connectivity and economic and social development.

As an important achievement of this exhibition, Liu Shengcheng and the Minister of Transport of Turkmenistan, Mamet Akmamedo, jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation. Both parties have clarified the project cooperation roadmap and the next work plan, and will further expand cooperation space in the field of transportation infrastructure in the future. This signing is not only a reflection of mutual trust between the two parties, but also an important step for CAMCE to implement its new market layout, new segmented tracks, and new resource allocation strategy.

Turkmenistan, located in the hinterland of Central Asia, is an important node connecting east and west in the the Belt and Road Initiative. In recent years, the country has continued to increase investment in transportation infrastructure and plans to promote the modernization of railways, highways, and logistics hubs to enhance its regional transportation hub status.
