Jianghuai Automobile Toshgan Factory is located in the Tashgan Yangjiavlod Special Industrial Park in Uzbekistan and has officially started production and operation. This key Sino Ukrainian joint venture project has been completed and put into operation, which not only further improves Jianghuai Automobile's overseas industrial layout, but also helps the local automobile industry move towards modernization, effectively driving employment for the people and stimulating the export of local automobile products.This project is jointly funded and constructed by Jianghuai Automobile and Tashkent Investment Company. The equity ratio is 51% for the Chinese side and 49% for the Ukrainian side. The overall investment of the project is 135 million US dollars, and the factory covers an area of 30 hectares.

The first phase of the project invested 35 million US dollars to build a semi assembled production base with an annual output of 10000 vehicles, which can provide 100 job opportunities. Currently, the Jianghuai M3 model has been officially put into assembly production. The second phase of the project will be upgraded to a fully assembled manufacturing model, with an annual output of 30000 vehicles and an expansion of employment opportunities to 1000.
