Li Qiang pointed out in his speech that stimulating strong vitality for innovation and transformation is an important direction for the future development of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. He called on member states to strengthen cooperation in science, technology, and industrial innovation to jointly address global challenges. At the same time, China welcomes all parties to actively participate in the SCO Digital Economy Forum and the China SCO Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Forum, and hopes to promote technological exchanges and resource sharing through these platforms.
