Focusing on the advantages of the core area of the the Belt and Road in Xinjiang, Yang Sen led the team to settle down in Xinjiang in 2019 and establish Dadao Industry. With the support of government policies, he devoted himself to the manufacturing of new energy buses and modified vehicles, determined to add fuel to Xinjiang's industrial strength.

The enterprise has driven employment for nearly 400 people, actively cultivated technical and management backbone personnel from various ethnic groups, built a multi-ethnic integrated team, and changed the fate of many families through donations and targeted employment assistance.
