On December 15, 2025, the first pile foundation of the Quzhou section of the Hangzhou Chunkai Expressway was successfully poured in Kaihua County, marking the official entry into the comprehensive construction phase of this transportation artery with a total investment of over 13.6 billion yuan, connecting Zhejiang and Jiangxi provinces. As a key cross section of the G25 national highway network, this approximately 61 kilometer highway is not only a geographical passage, but also a strategic project for Zhejiang to promote common prosperity and explore green development paths. After the completion of the project, Kaihua County in Quzhou will basically achieve high-speed transportation between every township, completely changing the inconvenient transportation pattern in the local area. In order to avoid damage to the original forest, the project abandoned the original tunnel+bridge scheme and adopted innovative technologies such as lengthening the tunnel and open cut tunnel through scientific demonstration, achieving zero conflict coexistence between project construction and the ecology of the original forest, demonstrating the determination to adhere to green mountains and clear waters in development.

Complementing the ecological concept is the comprehensive empowerment of smart construction. The project actively embraces the wave of intelligence and systematically promotes the construction of smart construction sites. Among them, the introduction of prefabricated small structure black light factories can be regarded as a model. Through the intelligent linkage of the entire process from prefabrication area, steam curing area to palletizing area, the factory has achieved 24-hour unmanned production, ensuring the precision and stability of component quality.
