The Enzilo II Hydropower Station is located on the Lualaba River in Lualaba Province, Democratic Republic of Congo, 50 kilometers away from the capital of Lualaba Province, Kolwezi. It has an installed capacity of 200 megawatts, a normal water level of 1162.5 meters, a dead water level of 1150 meters, a maximum flood level of 1163.5 meters, a useful storage capacity of 202 million cubic meters, a dead storage capacity of 282 million cubic meters, and a total storage capacity of 484 million cubic meters. It is a Class II large (2) type project.

The construction and operation of the sand and gravel aggregate production system for the construction of the dam and spillway of the hydropower station, as well as the installation of metal structures, mainly includes the construction of a roller compacted concrete dam, excavation and support of the spillway, and concrete construction; Spillway, dam bottom hole and temporary discharge pipe, water diversion and power generation system, and supporting metal structures for diversion tunnel; Excavation and support of factory buildings; Excavation and slope protection of the tailwater channel of the factory building; Construction and maintenance of waste disposal sites; Quarry mining and support; The design, construction, and operation of the sand and gravel aggregate production system have a contract duration of 1142 days.
