On January 13, 2026, Lin Guohua, the Party Secretary and Chairman of China Coal First Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Coal First Bureau"), led a delegation to visit China Geological Equipment Group. Quan Liangjun, the Party Secretary and Chairman, warmly welcomed Lin Guohua and his delegation and presided over a discussion meeting.

At the symposium, both parties introduced their corporate development histories, industrial layouts, primary responsibilities and businesses, as well as development plans, and engaged in in-depth discussions centered on equipment needs in the fields of geological exploration, ecological geology, and engineering geology. They unanimously agreed that both parties belong to the geological exploration industry and have signed a strategic cooperation agreement in March 2024, laying a solid foundation for cooperation and strong business complementarity. Both parties will further deepen their exchanges and cooperation in building a technological breakthrough platform, jointly constructing equipment application demonstration zones, and creating a full-chain cooperation model.
