On December 15th, Xinneng An Snow Leopard Battery (48V24Ah/48V30Ah) passed the rigorous testing of China Quality Certification Center (CQC) and officially obtained the first batch of 5A level (AAAAA) certification for lithium-ion batteries used in electric bicycles. This certification standard is stricter than the mandatory requirements of the country. Snow Leopard batteries have comprehensively defined a new height of safety performance through rigorous testing covering multiple dimensions such as abuse, machinery, and environment, from battery cells to battery packs.

Thermal diffusion management: active isolation, safe and reliable

In the thermal diffusion test, the snow leopard battery achieved no fire or explosion during the testing process by using multi-layer thermal barrier materials and directional thermal conductivity structure design, providing sufficient time for safety warning and emergency response.    

Structural safety: High strength structure, fearless of impact

The Snow Leopard battery adopts aerospace grade magnesium alloy shell, which significantly reduces the use of plastic parts while maintaining lightweight and high strength. After the 2-meter drop limit test, it can still be used normally and can handle collisions and bumps in daily use with ease.    

Low temperature performance: power online, not afraid of severe cold

Even in extremely cold environments of -20 ℃, the Snow Leopard battery can maintain over 95% capacity output and support low-temperature charging at -15 ℃, ensuring long endurance and strong power in cold weather.

In addition, Snow Leopard batteries have fully passed the new national standard GB 43854-2024 and CCC certification, and have achieved mass production and delivery of over 100000 sets before the new regulations are fully implemented. The product has intelligent BMS, IP67 dust and water resistance, and long cycle life. It has been applied to multiple vehicle manufacturers and shared travel platforms, providing safe, compliant, and efficient power solutions for the new national standard era with reliable quality verified by the market.
