On January 22, 2026, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited announced the resolution of the sixth meeting of the sixth board of directors.

His qualifications meet the requirements for serving as a senior management personnel of a listed company and he is capable of fulfilling the responsibilities of the position he is hired for. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Sun Liqiang does not hold any shares in the company.

Agree that Mr. Chen Zhiming will no longer serve as the Vice President of the company due to work adjustments. The proposal to add Chen Zhiming as a candidate for the company's executive director has been reviewed and approved. Agree to nominate Mr. Chen Zhiming as the candidate for the position of Executive Director of the company, with a term of office starting from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting, which is the same as the term of office of the sixth board of directors of the company (see attached resume for details). Mr. Chen Zhiming does not have any circumstances that prohibit him from serving as a director of a company as stipulated by the Company Law, nor does he have any circumstances that prohibit him from being nominated to serve as a director of a listed company as stipulated by the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Rules, Shanghai Stock Exchange Self discipline Supervision Guidelines No. 1- Standardized Operation, etc. His qualifications for the position meet the requirements for serving as a director of a listed company and he is capable of fulfilling the responsibilities of the position he is hired for. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Chen Zhiming does not hold any shares in the company.

Mr. Chen Zhiming, 55 years old, Chinese nationality, without overseas residency rights, currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of our company, as well as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd. Formerly served as Deputy General Manager, General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of China Railway 11th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. Appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Vice President of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited in July 2024. In January 2026, he will be appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, and the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited. Mr. Chen graduated from the Central Party School with a bachelor's degree in Economic Management and is a senior engineer.

Mr. Sun Liqiang, 56 years old, Chinese nationality, without overseas residency rights, currently serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of our company, as well as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd. Formerly served as the Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd; Deputy Commander and Executive Commander of China Communications Construction Corporation's Mombasa Nairobi Railway Project Command, Executive General Manager of Overseas Business Unit, Executive General Manager of International Engineering Branch, General Manager of Road, Bridge and Rail Transit Business Unit, General Manager of Project Management Business Unit, General Manager of Production and Operation Management Department, General Manager of International Direct Business Business Business Unit, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of International Engineering Branch; Assistant General Manager and General Manager of the International Direct Business Division of China Communications Construction Corporation, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the International Engineering Branch. Appointed as Vice President and Safety Director of China Communications Construction Corporation Limited in September 2023. Appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Vice President of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited in January 2026.
