On March 3, 2026, Sinoma Energy Conservation successfully signed a general contract for waste heat power generation with Songtao Cement Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Vietnam VICEM Industrial Cement Group. Wang Yi, Assistant to the President and General Manager of the Engineering Branch of Sinoma Energy saving, and Ruan Guanghui, General Manager of Songtao Cement, signed a contract on behalf of both parties to jointly open a new chapter of green and low-carbon cooperation.

Songtao Cement is affiliated with VICEM Industrial Cement Group in Vietnam and is one of the core cement production enterprises in Vietnam. This waste heat power generation project is an important energy comprehensive utilization project in Vietnam, closely related to Vietnam's 2050 zero carbon emission national strategy, and a key measure to promote regional green development, energy conservation and emission reduction.

The successful signing of this contract not only deepens and upgrades the cooperation between the two parties, but also lays a solid foundation for Sinoma Energy Conservation to further cultivate the Vietnamese market.
