The core content is as follows:
Encourage distributed energy storage and regional energy storage to participate in the electricity market through independent or aggregated quoting, and not bear the transmission and distribution electricity costs for the same amount of charging in the same month when they transmit electricity to the grid.
Starting from June 1, 2026, distributed energy storage that has not participated in the electricity market will temporarily settle its on grid electricity based on the real-time market arithmetic average electricity price of the generation side nodes in the administrative region of the city, and bear the relevant market costs.
Support energy storage to participate in the market independently or in an aggregated manner, expanding revenue channels.
The implementation of this series of policies marks a new stage of market-oriented and high-value development for distributed energy storage in Shandong.
