On April 13, 2026 Eastern Time, MODEX 2026, the world's top material handling and supply chain technology event, kicked off at the Georgia World Convention Center.

As a global leader in AI+unmanned factories and warehouses, Bang Qi showcased its full stack AI driven warehousing automation solution at booth A3813. It was the world's first overseas warehouse exclusive smart logistics solution and showcased its digital twin system for the first time. Based on industrial AI small models and real-time data-driven technology, Bang Qi built a virtual production line that maps 1:1 with physical factories, achieving dynamic simulation and real-time monitoring of the entire process. This time, Bang Qi competed alongside international giants such as Dematic, Ruishige, and Dafu, showcasing the global competitiveness of China's intelligent logistics technology.

This year's MODEX gathers over 1200 top suppliers from around the world, making it the largest and most professional logistics technology benchmark in North America. As one of the few Chinese companies with the core advantage of "industrial AI intelligent agents+full stack software and hardware integration" at the exhibition, Bang Qi attracted a large number of overseas professional visitors, integrators, and end customers on the first day of its launch with its independently controllable technology system and mature global landing experience, becoming a shining representative of China's intelligent manufacturing on the international stage.

Bang Qi's goal is simple: to provide warehouses worldwide with a thinking brain. ”Ms. Wu Xiaoqian, Chairman of Bang Qi Technology, stated on site that "relying on the deep accumulation of more than 2000 global practical projects, we better understand the real pain points of manufacturing and logistics scenarios. This participation in MODEX not only pushes the intelligent solutions repeatedly verified by the Chinese and global markets to North America, but also hopes to share mature and replicable successful experiences with global partners, helping global warehousing achieve efficient, flexible, and low-cost unmanned upgrades. ”

Launch exclusive overseas warehouse plan

Quantify and solve the three major operational pain points

In response to the common pain points faced by overseas warehouses, such as high labor costs, insufficient space utilization, and severe fluctuations in peak season orders, Bang Qi officially launched an exclusive integrated intelligent logistics solution for overseas warehouses at this exhibition. Through core capabilities such as high-density storage, goods to people picking, and multi robot cluster collaboration, Bang Qi provides customers with quantifiable and implementable value enhancement.

This solution covers core modules such as automatic loading and unloading of goods on the platform, air transportation, automated warehousing, cargo to person picking, material box to person, and intensive storage of large and small vehicles, as well as intelligent robot hardware such as AGV robots and AMR robots. It can be flexibly combined according to the overseas warehouse SKU structure, order characteristics, and site conditions.

Through real project verification, after deploying the Bang Qi solution, the customer's warehouse space utilization rate has increased by more than 40%, the picking efficiency has increased by up to 300%, the overall labor cost has been reduced by up to 50%, and the cost of single item inventory has significantly decreased.

In the scenarios of cross-border e-commerce and third-party logistics, this solution has been stably operated in multiple top cross-border logistics service providers and international warehousing projects, successfully supporting peak challenges such as "Black Friday" and Prime Day orders, ensuring that warehouses do not explode or delay, and service performance is stable and controllable, providing a reliable technical path for overseas warehouses to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and operate flexibly.

At the exhibition site, Bang Qi has set up a special case diagnosis area, where several groups of technical experts are communicating with visiting customers. Based on over 2000 global project experiences and successful cases from nearly a hundred top clients, Bang Qi experts provide one-on-one warehousing diagnosis, flow line optimization, equipment selection and deployment planning services for visiting clients, accurately matching their actual needs and gaining high recognition from overseas customers.

Industrial AI intelligent agent center

Inject core computing power into overseas warehouses

At this exhibition, Bang Qi also showcased its independently developed industrial AI intelligent agents, as well as the LDS production collaborative unmanned driving system+ADS multi brand robot hybrid scheduling system specially optimized for overseas warehouse scenarios, forming a complete closed loop of "perception, decision-making, execution, and learning".

At the same time, through the digital twin system, 1:1 virtual mapping and real-time simulation of the entire warehouse are carried out, synchronizing the physical production line status to the digital space, achieving early warning of anomalies, offline optimization of strategies, and remote operation and maintenance, truly realizing the autonomous operation and intelligent optimization of overseas warehouse systems.

The LDS system is the "smart brain" of overseas warehouses, which can effectively solve the problems of fragmented and fluctuating orders in overseas warehouses. It is based on real-time order and inventory data, and uses AI algorithms to complete full chain task scheduling, storage optimization, and replenishment prediction. It connects the entire data chain of warehousing, storage, picking, sorting, and outbound processes, achieving "one central platform controlling the entire warehouse". Faced with sudden order peaks during overseas promotions such as "Black Friday" and "Prime Day", LDS can automatically determine task priorities, dynamically adjust high turnover SKU caching strategies, merge low load tasks, avoid equipment congestion and manpower waste, and do not need to reserve temporary workers on a large scale in advance.

The ADS system directly addresses long-term pain points in the industry such as "equipment silos" and "difficulty in compatibility with multiple brands", adapting to the common situation of mixed use of multiple categories of equipment and coexistence of multiple brands of equipment in overseas warehouses. It can achieve unified scheduling, path planning, and collaborative operation of different brands and types of AGV robots/AMR robots, unmanned forklifts, four-way shuttle vehicles, and other robots, achieving the effect of same site operation and same map mixed running. In the real case displayed on site, ADS once achieved a mixed operation of 7 brands and over 230 devices with the same image in a single factory, reducing equipment idle rate by 40% and improving cargo turnover efficiency by 35%. The intelligent upgrade can be completed without eliminating the original equipment.

LDS and ADS together form Bang Qi's "AI industrial intelligent agent" and are broken down into two major systems: "digital white-collar" and "digital blue collar". Digital white-collar workers, also known as AI digital employees, can replace over 90% of repetitive mental work such as order processing, procurement tracking, and data statistics. The efficiency of data processing can be increased by up to 1300 times, greatly alleviating the shortage of manpower in overseas warehouses; Digital blue collar "refers to various intelligent robot clusters that undertake physical operations such as handling, storage, and picking. The two collaborate to achieve "cloud based intelligent decision-making+terminal precise execution", creating a truly unmanned operation system for overseas warehouses.
