The management team of China Communications First Navigation Engineering Co., Ltd. has successively ushered in highlights. From the coast of the South China Sea to the Bohai Bay, from the Far East offshore wind power site to the urban renewal construction site, three heavyweight projects have been successfully completed in just a few days. Huaneng Yangjiang offshore wind power, Tangshan Port 300000 ton berth, Qinhuangdao urban village renovation - three business formats and three regional layouts, with a cumulative winning bid amount of up to 7.603 billion yuan. This series of achievements marks a brilliant beginning for this infrastructure powerhouse's "14th Five Year Plan" closing year.

2.2 billion won bid for offshore wind power

In the sea area south of Hailing Island, 90 kilometers away from the land of Yangjiang, on the blue sea with a depth of 52 to 57 meters, China Communications First Navigation Bureau has become the first candidate for winning the bid for the second section of the PC general contracting project of the Yangjiang Sanshan Island One and Two Sea Wind Farm of Huaneng Guangdong Company with a bid of 2.21 billion yuan. The total planned capacity of the project is 500 megawatts, and it is planned to deploy 31 to 35 wind turbines with a single capacity of 14 to 17 megawatts. According to the plan, the construction will start on March 1, 2026, the first batch of wind turbines will be connected to the grid on October 30, and the full capacity will be connected to the grid on December 30. The fast pace of construction and high technical requirements demonstrate the hardcore strength of the First Navigation Bureau in the field of offshore wind power.

3.5 billion to secure a 300000 ton berth

On the north coast of the Fourth Pool in Jingtang Port Area of Tangshan Port, a consortium formed by China Communications First Navigation Engineering Co., Ltd. and Hebei Port Group Port Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the construction general contracting project of the No. 51 and No. 52 bulk cargo berths with a total investment of 3.504 billion yuan. Two 300000 ton bulk cargo berths have a total length of 826 meters and a designed annual throughput capacity of 25.6 million tons, mainly for unloading bulk commodities such as iron ore and nickel ore. The project covers dock engineering, harbor dredging, loading and unloading process system, and all supporting facilities. It will start construction on February 28, 2026, with a duration of 24 months. After completion, it will significantly enhance the port hub level in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. 1.9 billion yuan renovation of urban villages in Qinhuangdao

In Haigang District, Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province, an urban renewal that concerns the well-being of thousands of households is about to begin. CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. and China Academy of Building Research Co., Ltd. jointly won the bid for the general contracting of the urban village renovation project in the Tiexinli area of Yingchunli with a price of 1.9 billion yuan. The project covers five sub plots including Yingchunli and Tiexinli, with a huge total construction area. The construction content includes resettlement of residential buildings, commercial facilities, kindergartens, underground garages, and community greening pipelines.
