During the Qingming Festival holiday, many regions in China accelerated the upgrading and renovation of charging stations. At the Baoding service area of the Beijing Hong Kong Macau Expressway, State Grid Hebei Electric Power Co., Ltd. urgently carried out the expansion construction of charging piles, resulting in a doubling of the number of charging piles in the service area; State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd. optimized the success rate of 698 charging piles around the the Taihu Lake Lake Scenic Area in Suzhou, and significantly improved the charging efficiency by nearly 1.7 times.

Chen Yang, a tourist from Jiangsu Province, said, "Stop your car and take advantage of going out for a meal and strolling around the the Taihu Lake Lake. The electricity will be fully charged in 20 or 30 minutes, which is very fast." Charging during the holiday should not only be fast, but also green. A photovoltaic storage and charging integrated charging station has recently been put into operation in Baoji, Shaanxi. With its unique technological advantages, it effectively solves the problem of high load electricity consumption caused by fast charging and significantly enhances the power supply guarantee capability during peak charging periods.

Li Tao, Director of the Marketing Department of State Grid Shaanxi Baoji Fengxiang District Power Supply Company, introduced that "photovoltaic panels are fully installed above the charging station, and through the coordinated operation of solar power generation and energy storage system, green and clean charging is achieved, which not only has higher efficiency but also is more environmentally friendly." With the continuous extension of the charging network to rural areas, the last mile of green travel has been completely opened up. Several cities, including Hangzhou, have taken the lead in achieving full coverage of charging facilities in towns and villages. In Jingshan Town, Yuhang District, even remote rural homestays are equipped with charging stations, successfully creating a ten minute public charging circle in rural areas.
