The China Nuclear Energy Industry Association stated that by 2025, more than 40 nuclear power units in China will achieve full marks in the comprehensive index of the World Nuclear Operators Association, which covers core indicators such as power generation capacity and safety performance. The proportion of full marks for China's nuclear power units is higher than that of major nuclear power countries such as the United States, France, and Russia.

Behind the safe operation of nuclear power in our country is the continuous empowerment of technological innovation. Nowadays, artificial intelligence and digital twin technology are accelerating their integration and application in the field of nuclear safety, helping to ensure the safe operation of nuclear power units.

The China Nuclear Energy Industry Association stated that the comprehensive utilization scenarios of nuclear energy in China are constantly expanding, extending from a single power supply to multiple fields such as nuclear heating, industrial steam supply, and seawater desalination.

In terms of nuclear heating, the heating area of nuclear power plants such as Haiyang, Qinshan, and Hongyanhe has exceeded 20 million square meters; In terms of nuclear power supply, Jiangsu Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant has supplied over 4.8 million tons of steam to local petrochemical bases, equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 1.07 million tons.

The latest data shows that as of now, China has 112 nuclear power units in operation, under construction, and approved for construction, ranking first in the world. The huge installed capacity has also driven the rapid improvement of China's core nuclear power equipment manufacturing level.
