With the support of the Consulate General of Kazakhstan in Shanghai, AIFC and the Shanghai Stock Exchange jointly organized the "GFC Connection: Shanghai 2026" business event, with the core goal of deepening investment and financial cooperation between Kazakhstan and China and building a direct connection channel for Chinese investment. At the event, representatives from AIFC, its Green Finance Center, KAZ Mineral Management, and other enterprises introduced investment opportunities in various fields such as mining and metallurgy, infrastructure engineering, and digital services one by one; Representatives from institutions such as Sanlu Kazna and CICC conducted a special seminar on the integration and development of bilateral capital markets.

During the event, AIFC Green Finance Center and IGEA signed a memorandum of cooperation and officially launched a regional AIFC carbon platform, showcasing AIFC's professional advantages in the field of aviation hub financing and leasing. The entire event ended successfully with bilateral special project negotiations. One of the core achievements of this event is to further expand the listing space of the AIX exchange's RMB Panda bonds, in which the Shanghai Stock Exchange has a stake.
