Industrial cooperation is the core lever for deepening bilateral economic and trade cooperation between Uzbekistan and Hunan, China. The series of cooperation consensus recently reached by both sides is not only an important strategic layout for Hunan to deeply cultivate and expand the Central Asian market, but also a key measure for Uzbekistan to promote the transformation and upgrading of local industries, with significant industrial empowerment value and economic and trade development significance.

Uzbekistan's Ambassador to China, Farkhd Alziev, held working talks with Hunan Province Governor Mao Weiming, and both sides clarified their intention to expand cooperation in the fields of industry, agriculture, and high-tech. During the meeting, both sides had in-depth discussions on the landing prospects of joint projects in the mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical, and agricultural sectors, discussed expanding bilateral education cooperation, and emphasized the need to continuously strengthen economic and trade exchanges and expand the scale of bilateral investment. At the same time, both sides affirmed the good trend of interaction between the business communities of the two places and the effectiveness of various practical cooperation initiatives. The Chinese side also made it clear that it is willing to continue deepening the bilateral partnership, holding joint exchange activities, and further expanding the channels for cultural exchange between the two places.
