[Hubei Institute wins the large order for wind power in Heilongjiang Province]On June 1, 2026, Hubei Institute won the bid for the 400MW wind power EPC general contracting project in Kedong County, Qiqihar, with a bid amount of 2.2288 billion yuan. The total investment of the project is about 2.3 billion yuan, with 64 wind turbines installed, supporting the construction of a new 220kV substation and about 88 kilometers of transmission lines. It is planned to start construction in August 2026 and be fully connected to the grid in June 2028. The project is a key new energy project in Heilongjiang Province.
