[Excavation of the First Foundation of Dalat Mengxi kV Project] On May 31, 2026, the excavation of the first foundation of the Dalat Mengxi 1000 kV AC power transmission and transformation project marked the substantial construction stage of the supporting project for the external transmission channel of the national Shagehuang large base. The project investment is 4.374 billion yuan, and a new double circuit line of 124.4 kilometers will be built, which is a key supporting facility for the ± 800 kV high-voltage direct current project from Mengxi to Beijing Tianjin Hebei.
