Li Qiang stated that in April of this year, General Secretary Xi Jinping and the President of China held a meeting with General Secretary Su Lin and the President of China, and reached important consensus on building a higher-level and strategically significant China Vietnam community with a shared future. In recent times, various departments and localities of both countries have stepped up efforts to implement the results of visits and made positive progress. China and Vietnam have a profound traditional friendship. China has always regarded Vietnam as a priority direction in its diplomacy with neighboring countries, and is willing to work with Vietnam to follow the strategic guidance of the top leaders of the two parties and two countries, strengthen unity and mutual trust, expand mutually beneficial cooperation, and better promote the common development and prosperity of the two countries.

Li Qiang pointed out that China is willing to deepen the docking of development strategies with Vietnam, promote the continuous expansion and improvement of bilateral trade, promote infrastructure connectivity, accelerate the construction of cross-border economic cooperation zones, expand cooperation in energy and mineral resources, digital economy, artificial intelligence, finance and other fields, and achieve a higher level of mutual benefit and win-win results. Both sides should jointly organize activities such as the "China Vietnam Tourism Cooperation Year", implement "small but beautiful" livelihood projects, properly manage maritime disputes, and consolidate the friendly public opinion foundation between the two countries. At present, unilateralism and protectionism are on the rise globally. China is willing to strengthen coordination and cooperation with Vietnam in multilateral mechanisms such as the United Nations and the World Trade Organization, support each other in organizing the APEC Leaders' Informal Meeting in the next two years, promote the construction of an open Asia Pacific economy, and uphold free trade and economic globalization.

Lai Ming hing stated that the current development momentum of Vietnam China relations is strong. The Vietnamese Party and government highly value the friendship between Vietnam and China, and always regard the development of relations with China as a strategic choice and top priority of Vietnam's foreign policy. Vietnam is willing to work together with China to implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two parties and countries, maintain close high-level exchanges, consolidate strategic mutual trust, strengthen development strategy docking, deepen cooperation in trade, transportation infrastructure construction and other fields, promote tourism, education, health, local exchanges, manage and resolve differences, and achieve more practical results in promoting the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and China and the construction of a community with a shared future of strategic significance. Welcome more Chinese companies to invest and develop in Vietnam, and Vietnam is willing to provide convenient conditions.
