The company and China Resources Power hold 51% and 49% of the shares respectively, with the project capital accounting for 20%, and the rest relying on loans. The construction period is 24 months and will start in batches. Photovoltaic and wind power projects have been implemented in Liangzhou District and Minqin County respectively, with good revenue indicators and basic completion of relevant filing and approval procedures.
