On July 8, 2020, China Railway Construction announced that China Railway Urban Construction Group, China Railway Construction Engineering Group and China Railway 12th Bureau jointly won the bid to build the station building project of the Hubei section of the Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Railway.

Hubei Section of Zhengwan Railway

The main contents of the project include 5 station buildings such as Nanzhang, production and living houses and related projects, 5 station customer service information system integration and related projects. The contract evaluation of the bidding project: ZWHBZF-2 bid 350 million yuan, ZWHBZF-3 bid 55 million yuan, ZWHBKF bid 70 million yuan. Station building of Nanzhang station (building area of 9904m2), production and living house of Nanzhang station area (building area of 7349m2); station building of Baokang station (building area of station building 8000m2, overhead floor 8800m2), production and living house of Baokang station area (Building area 5419m2); Shennongjia station building (station building area 7998m2), Shennongjia station area production and living house (building area 4409m2); Xingshan station station building (station building construction area 14997m2), Xingshan station production and living house (Building area 11586m2); Badongdong Station Station (Building area 9940m2), Badong Northeast Station production and living houses (Building area 7077m2); Section police area, sentry box (Building area 1467m2); 5 railway parking lots ( Building area 27275 m2).

The project is divided into three bidding segments. Zheda Wangxin System Engineering Co., Ltd. won the ZWHBKF bid with 608 million; China Railway Construction Group won the ZWHBZF-2 bid with 337 million; China Railway Construction Group won the ZWHBZF-3 bid with 525 million.

Hubei Section of Anjiu Railway

The main contents of the project include the station building of Huangmei South Railway Station (building area of 9998.36m2), the production and living house of Huangmei South Station Area (building area of 4950.01m2); the production and living house of Konglong North Station (building area of 649.35m2), and the production house of section 30.56 m2, railway parking lot (building area 5040m2), the project contract value is AJHBZF bid 130 million yuan, 169 million won by the China Railway 12th Bureau.
