Prior to this, it has developed and manufactured and put into use A-type beam-moving machine, B-type beam-moving machine, wheel-rail beam lifting machine, and transport frame integration. The opportunity to form a complete industrial chain of 1,000-ton high-speed rail construction equipment, marking China Railway Construction's entry into the era of "400 kilometers per hour" in China's high-speed rail, the first to realize the layout of the entire industry chain in this field.

At the construction site of Jiangyin East Beam Yard of China Railway Twenty-two Bureau Group of the South Yanjiang Intercity Railway, a newly developed 1,000-ton split bridge machine and a beam-carrying vehicle through the tunnel cooperated steadily and successfully erected a length of 40 meters. , High-speed rail box girder weighing nearly 1,000 tons.

The 1000-ton split-type bridging machine put into production this time is currently the most efficient paving equipment, and the box girder can be erected up to 4 times within 12 hours. During the design and manufacture of the 11th Bureau of China Railway Group, Hanjiang Heavy Industry has optimized the working conditions of the connection of the tunnel and bridge to make it simple in structure and easy to use. It can fold the main beam of the main beam through the tunnel by itself and realize the beam at the entrance of the tunnel. Compared with the traditional process, it can save 3 days of construction time.
The 1000-ton tunnel beam transport truck is currently the fastest walking beam with the lowest carrying height. The box beam is only 1.2 meters above the ground when transporting the beam. In order to reduce the carrying height, the designer uses the U-shaped beam as the main beam, so that it can easily shuttle through the tunnel. The fuselage is equipped with a laser area array sensor to realize automatic driving in the tunnel, solving the problem of difficult equipment passing through the tunnel in the past, and responding to the frequent conversion of bridges and tunnels will also be more flexible and efficient, and can be widely applied to the construction of railways in central and western my country.

China's high-speed rail from the original Qin Shen Kezhuan to the current inter-city high-speed rail along the South River, the box girder span increased from 20 meters to 40 meters, and the weight was upgraded from a total of 450 tons to nearly 1,000 tons. China’s key equipment for high-speed railway box girder installation has also been updated several times, from the introduction of foreign equipment to domestic independent innovation. China Railway Construction’s prospective and leading position in the development and manufacturing of construction equipment in this field is becoming more and more prominent. Up to now, China Railway Construction has completed more than ten sets of 1,000-ton equipment manufacturing orders.
