On November 3, 2020, China Road and Bridge won the bid for the general contracting of the survey, design and construction of the transportation backbone road network infrastructure project around the Yilu Expressway Hub Station in Sanjiang New Area. The estimated project cost is about 2.783 billion yuan.

Yangtze River Ecological Protection Yibin Port Retreat and Park Entry Project Phase I

The road network project for the retreat to the park (Phase I) mainly includes Gangdong Zongsi Road, Gangdong Hengyi Road Section 2, Gangdong Henger Road Section 2, and the high-voltage power pipeline profile and integrated pipeline gallery project with a length of about 5.5 kilometers. Zongsi Road starts at Gangdong Hengyi Road and ends at the planned Zhicheng Expressway, with a total length of about 2300m (Linggang Economic Development Zone Control Regulations) and a red line width of 50m; Gangdong Hengyi Road 2 starts at Gangdong Zonger Road. It ends at Gangdong Zonglu Road, with a total length of 2976.66m and a red line width of 40m; Gangdong Henger Road Section 2 starts at Gangdong Zonger Road and ends at Gangdong Zonglu Road, with a total length of 3355.02m (Lingang Economic Development Zone Control Regulations ), the width of the red line is 50m, of which the supporting high-voltage power pipe gallery and comprehensive pipe gallery start at Gangdong Zong Er Road and end at Gang Dong Zong Liu Road. The total length is about 5.5 kilometers. The project cost is about 1.12 billion yuan.

Eastern Industrial Park Phase I New Branch Road Project

The new branch road project in the first phase of the Eastern Industrial Park is about 4,100 meters in length, of which the section of Gangdong Zongyi Road (K0+809.58——K0+1378.03) is about 564 meters long and 36 meters wide, and Xiaoya Road is about 787 meters long. 24 meters wide, Luming Road is about 671 meters long, 24 meters wide, Simu Road is about 782 meters long, 24 meters wide, Caiwei Road is about 335 meters long, 24 meters wide, and Changdi Road is about 931 meters long and 24 meters wide. Meters, the main construction content includes roadbed, pavement, pipe network, lighting and other projects. The project cost is about 156 million yuan.

Eastern Industrial Infrastructure Project

The section (south) of Gangdong Zongyi 1st Road (K0+000.00—K0+809.58) starts at Weiliu Road and ends at Section 1 of Zongyi Road (north). The total length of the road is about 810 meters and the width is 36 meters. The construction content includes roadbed, road surface, Pipe network, lighting and greening projects, the project cost is about 100 million yuan.

Road works such as the west section of Weiwu Road and the east section of Weiliu Road

The west section of Weiwu Road is about 3967.41 meters long, starting from the built Longxing Road and ending at Guangjin Road. The pavement is 22-24 meters wide. The construction cost of this section is about 160 million yuan; Weiwu Road (Guangjin Road Section - Majestic Road Section) reconstruction project, the length of the reconstruction is about 950 meters, the estimated cost of the project is about 30 million yuan; the east section of Weiliu Road, the full length is about 3,220 meters, the road starts from the east section of Gangcheng Avenue in the west and ends at Yinan Expressway in the east The road is 30 meters wide, and the construction cost for this section is about 300 million yuan. The total cost of road engineering for the west section of Weiwu Road and the east section of Weiliu Road is about 490 million yuan.

Eastern Industrial Park Phase II-Industrial Project Leveling Project and River Reconstruction Project

The project is the P-05-04, P-05-09, and P-05-11 plots. According to the original topographic map and the current planned road elevation, the total excavation of the three plots is about 3.55 million square meters and the total filling is about 1216. Wanfang, the shortfall is about 8.61 million cubic meters, and the estimated project cost is about 80 million yuan (but should be revised according to the overall design of the enterprise land). The whole site is lacking. It is planned to compile the spoil ground implementation plan and then backfill it according to the plan (if the project costs about 60 million yuan for layered rolling). The length of the reconstructed river is about 3.8 kilometers, the estimated amount of excavation works is about 2 million cubic meters, and the estimated project cost is about 150 million yuan (including protection works). The total engineering cost of the project is about 230 million yuan.

Longxing Road Tunnel Project

The Longxing Road Tunnel project is about 1,670 meters long, with a red line width of 40 meters, of which the tunnel is about 1,190 meters long. It is divided into two-lane tunnels. The road grade is the main road and two-way six-lane. The estimated cost of the project is about 687 million yuan. 

The project has 6 sub-projects with a construction period of 3 years. It will be a project to make up for the shortcomings of Sichuan's infrastructure. Editor/Peng Xue
