At present, the "empty rail" prototype car has a smooth and safe operation mileage of more than 1,900 kilometers on the Wuhan Jiangxia test line. China Railway Science and Engineering has fully mastered the core technology of double-wheel milling. China Railway Science and Technology double-wheel milling equipment is currently widely used in the construction of underground diaphragm walls such as bridges and subways. It has successively completed Guangzhou Metro Line 11 and Construction of underground continuous walls in projects such as Line 18 and Shenzhen Chunfeng Tunnel. The domestic double-wheel milling has hard construction quality, high precision and good efficiency, which effectively guarantees the safety of the project, the quality of the wall and the construction progress, and has been widely recognized by the industry.
The 40-meter-span 1000-ton racking equipment displayed in the exhibition area is one of the model products of science and technology innovation of the Science and Technology Group, leading the upgrade and breakthrough of high-speed rail box girder racking technology. The single-span beam frame mode is adopted. The trolley and the beam trolley on the beam transporter simultaneously drag and take the beam, and walk through the hole in a walking style. The successful use of this equipment marks the third major breakthrough in my country's high-speed rail construction technology.
The successful development of the resonance crusher broke the foreign monopoly, solved a series of problems in the regeneration of old cement roads, and the overall technology reached the international leading level.
At this exhibition, a promotional video for China Railway's new standard rail transit was released, and relevant units exchanged products and technologies on the "New Times" series of new standard rail transit vehicles, high-speed maglev turnouts, and the world's largest cross-section rectangular shield machine. .
