According to the information from the Ministry of Engineering of Guinea, in the next two years, from the beginning of 2021 to the end of 2022, Guinea plans to launch key road transportation projects as follows:
Category 1: Upgrading and paving asphalt road projects
National Highway 23: RN23 (Boké→Gaoual)
National Road 24: RN24 (Télimélé→Gaoul)
National Highway No. 5: RN5 (Labé→Komba)
National Highway No. 5: RN5 (Manda→Sintourou Komba)
National Highway No. 24: RN24 (Kindia→Télimélé→Gaoual) is 280 kilometers long
National Highway 27: RN27 (Labé→Tougué→Dinguiraye→Siguiri)
The second category: interconnecting highways with neighboring countries
From January 2021, the African Continental Free Trade Area will be officially launched. The Guinean government plans to quickly complete the interconnected road system with neighboring countries in order to facilitate the trade of goods with neighboring countries.

National Highway No. 1: RN1 (N’Zérékoré → Yomou → Liberian border) is 85 kilometers long
Cote d'Ivoire
National Highway No. 38: RN38 (Tintioulé → Sabadou Baranaman → Boula Côte d’Ivoire border) length of 129 kilometers
Mali
National Highway No. 6: RN6 (Kankan → Siguiri → Kouremale → Mali border) is 213 kilometers long
Senegal
