Among them, the high-speed railway projects include 5 railway projects including Tongsu-Jiaong-Ningbo High-speed Railway, Yongzhou Railway, Quli Railway Phase I, Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed Railway Phase II, and Jinjian High-speed Railway, with a total mileage of 431.3 kilometers and a total investment of more than 100 billion yuan, reaching 1195.8 100 million yuan, of which the Tongsu-Jiaong-Ningbo high-speed rail, with a total investment of 62.1 billion yuan, is the project with the largest investment amount and the longest mileage.

Tongsu-jiayong high-speed railway project

The project is located in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, starting from the Shanghai-Sutong Railway in the north, the existing Nantong West Station, and the south to the existing Zhuangqiao Station (Ningbo) on the Hangzhou-Ningbo Passenger Dedicated Line, passing through Jiangsu Nantong City, Zhangjiagang City, Changshu City, and Suzhou City , Jiaxing City, Cixi City, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, the newly-built main line is about 332 kilometers long, with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, and a total of 10 passenger stations are set up across the line.

Among them, the Zhejiang section has an operating length of about 174 kilometers, a total investment of about 62.1 billion yuan, and a construction period of about 5 years. There are 6 passenger stations including Jiaxing North Station, Jiaxing South Station, Haiyan West Station, Cixi Station and Zhuangqiao Station. After completion, it will greatly shorten the travel time from Ningbo to Shanghai, Suzhou, Beijing and other places. It is expected that the "1 hour traffic circle" between Ningbo and Suzhou and Shanghai will be realized, and Ningbo to Beijing will arrive within 5 hours.

Yongzhou Railway Project

The project starts at Ningbo East Station, the Ningbo Railway Hub, ends at the newly built Zhoushan Station in Zhoushan City, and passes through Ningbo Yinzhou District, Beilun District, Zhoushan Jintang Island, Cezi Island, Fuchi Island and the main island. The new main line has a total length of 76.4 kilometers, including a tunnel length of 35.246 kilometers, a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour, and a total of 7 stations on the whole line, including 4 new stations including Beilun West, Jintang, Ma'ao and Zhoushan, with a total investment of 26.99 billion yuan Yuan, the total construction period is 6 years.

After completion, Zhoushan City will end its history of "unarmed" and Zhejiang will achieve full coverage of high-speed rail, which will build Zhejiang's "1 hour traffic circle" and form the most convenient passenger transport channel between the mainland and Zhoushan Island.

Quli Railway Phase I Project

The whole line is located in Lishui City, starting from the existing Songyang Station on the Quning Railway and ending at the existing Lishui Station on the Jinwen Railway, passing through Songyang County, Liandu District, Lishui City and other places. The new main line is 65.3 kilometers long and runs at a speed of 200 kilometers per hour. /Hour, dual-line electrification, and the standard construction of passenger and freight transportation. There are 3 passenger stations on the whole line, including the new Dongxiyan station, with a total investment of 9.09 billion yuan and a construction period of 4 years.

In the future, the project will also be extended to the Shanghai-Kunming Railway Quzhou East Station, passing through Longyou, Suichang and Songyang counties.

Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed Railway Phase II Project

The project starts at Tonglu East Station, the terminus of the first phase of the Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed Railway, and ends at the existing Yiwu Station of the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway and is connected to the Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed Railway. There are 3 passenger stations, including the newly-built Pujiang Station, with a total project investment of 9.48 billion yuan and a total construction period of three and a half years. After the completion and opening to traffic, it will realize the fastest passage between the Hangzhou Metropolitan Area and the Wenzhou Metropolitan Area in Zhejiang Province within one hour.

Jinjian High Speed Rail Project

The Jinjian High-speed Railway starts at the existing Jinhua Station of the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway and ends at the existing Jiande Station of the Hangzhou-Huangzhou Railway. The newly-built line is 64.5 kilometers long and has a speed of 250 kilometers per hour. There are 4 passenger stations on the whole line, namely: Jinhua, Lanxi East, Dayang and Jiandedong, including two new passenger stations in Lanxidong and Dayang, with a total investment of 11.92 billion yuan and a total construction period of 3.5 years.

After the completion of the Jinjian high-speed railway, it will efficiently connect the Shanghai-Kunming, Hangzhou-Huangzhou, Hangqu, and Jinwen high-speed railways, and become an important hub and node of the southeast high-speed railway network, greatly improving the national road network.
