The Danfeng-Shanyang Expressway starts at Zhulinguan Town, Danfeng County, connects with the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway, and ends at Gaobadian Town, Shanyang County, connects with Fuyin Expressway, with a total length of 38.83 kilometers. Five interchanges of Zhulin Guanxi, Tumen, Yinhua, Luoyu, and Gaoba South (junction) were newly built across the line. At the same time, the Zhulinguan interchange of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway was transformed into a hub interchange. The main line of the project adopts two-way four-lane highway technical standards, with a design speed of 100 km/h and a roadbed width of 26 meters. The Shangluo Municipal Government will adopt the PPP mode as the implementing agency, and the construction period will be 3 years.
The section of Danning Expressway from Danfeng to Shanyang: starts at Zhulinguan Interchange of Shanghai-Shanxi Expressway and ends at Gaoba Interchange of Shanyang County of Fuyin Expressway. The route is 38.83km long. The Danning Expressway starts from Zhulinguan Town, Danfeng County in the east, connects to the Zhulinguan exit of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway (commercial section), crosses Shanyang County and Zhen'an County in the east-west direction, and connects with Fuyin Expressway (Shangman Section) and Baomao Expressway (Xikang).
