On April 12, 2021, the world-wide dedicated piling engineering ship with the highest piling height, the largest piling capacity, and the strongest wind and wave resistance invested and built by the First Navigation Bureau, the 140-meter-class large-scale piling dock was carried and the four parties witnessed the ceremony in Jiangsu Held in Qidong.

Representatives of the first company, Zhenhua Heavy Industry Qidong Company, China Classification Society, and Nantong Maritime Safety Administration jointly witnessed and signed the "Four-Party Witness" document. As the project enters the docking stage, the ship construction starts the construction peak mode, which provides a strong guarantee for the scheduled delivery of the ship before the end of October 2021.

In order to ensure the progress and quality of ship construction, a ship supervision team of a company stationed at the project site as soon as possible to actively coordinate various ship construction tasks.

The ship is 124 meters long, 39 meters wide, 8 meters deep, and has a maximum piling capacity of 700 tons. It is an ultra-large special piling ship that can meet the construction of large offshore pile foundation projects. In the planning stage, the ship fully considers the large-scale pile foundation and the construction requirements of offshore operations, and is equipped with two 1500 kW azimuth rudder propellers and two 60 kW side thrusters. After it is completed and put into production, it can realize self-propelled mooring and dynamic positioning in the construction area, and realize intelligent and digital construction through the specially developed construction management control system.
