On May 17, 2021, the Changchun High-grade Highway Construction Management Center issued a bidding announcement for the construction of the Nong'an to Jiutai section and Shuangyang to Yitong section of the Changchun Economic Circle Ring Expressway, with a total investment of 6.3 billion yuan.

The project is mainly composed of 2 sections of expressway main line, 3 sections of connecting lines, and 1 section of auxiliary roads. The high-speed main line is 124.841 kilometers long, of which the section from Nong’an to Jiutai is 93.191 kilometers long, and the section from Shuangyang to Yitong is 31.65 kilometers long. There are a total of 2924m/2 extra-large bridges, 1,200m/4 bridges, 1501m/22 middle bridges, 63m/3 small bridges, 88 culverts, and 14 interchanges (including 2 continued construction). There are 16 separation interchanges, 51 overpasses, 56 passages; 2 management offices, 2 maintenance work areas, 3 service areas, 2 parking areas, and 8 toll stations. The main line adopts the four-lane highway standard with a design speed of 120Km/h, and the subgrade width is 27 meters. Nong'an connection line: 3.467 kilometers in total length, with 5 culverts. It adopts the six-lane first-class highway standard with a design speed of 80Km/h, and the roadbed width is 33 meters. Dehui Connection Line: 5.549 kilometers in total length, with a small bridge of 19 meters per one, and two culverts. The four-lane first-class road standard with a design speed of 80Km/h is adopted, and the roadbed width is 25.5 meters. Jiutai connection line: 3.65 kilometers in length, with 40m/2 small bridges and 4 culverts. The four-lane first-class road standard with a design speed of 80Km/h is adopted, and the roadbed width is 25.5 meters. Nong'an to Dehui Fu Road: 39.157 kilometers in length, with 139m/2 middle bridges, 75m/4 small bridges, and 12 culverts. The secondary road standard with a design speed of 80Km/h is adopted, and the roadbed width is 12 meters. The planned construction period is from June 20, 2021 to October 31, 2023, 863 calendar days.

Bid division, construction site and scope of bidding: This construction bidding is divided into 1 bidding section. Housing construction projects (including gas stations and awnings), traffic safety facilities projects, external power projects, highway-rail overpass projects (only across the railway hole and its adjacent two holes) are not within the scope of this construction bidding. Obtaining bidding documents

Submission of tender documents
