With a total length of 2,833 meters, the Gula high-drainage tunnel is a key control project of the Dasheng Railway. Since the construction of the tunnel, the safety risks such as the length of the shallow buried section of the inlet and outlet, the poor bearing capacity of the clay, the roof fall, the collapse, and the falling block have been restricting the construction progress. To this end, the project department formulated the "Tunnel Construction Operation Guide", which realized the smooth excavation of the tunnel, and the highest monthly excavation footage of a single tunnel entrance was 216.4 meters. The laboratory strictly implements relevant testing parameters in accordance with the latest domestic railway industry testing standards and specifications. All raw materials and engineering structures are tested in accordance with Chinese standards. The high quality guarantees the standardization of railway construction.

In order to ensure the supply of materials and rationally recycle resources, the builders make full use of the tunnel ballast to process graded gravel and sand. Due to the tight supply of machine-made sand, the project department purchased the sand making machine and processed the machine-made sand by returning to the furnace.

In order to overcome the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the builders are strict, tight and meticulous in the prevention and control of the epidemic, taking "foreign defense input" and "daily prevention and control" as the focus of epidemic prevention and control, and implementing a fully closed management system. Establish quarantine stations in key locations, and strictly implement temperature measurement and registration systems. A total of 1,255 nucleic acid screenings have been conducted for employees in China and Guinea, and nearly 200 people have been vaccinated against the new crown in Guinea.

The construction of the railway all adopted Chinese standards, Chinese technology, and Chinese equipment. This is the first time that China Railway Construction has entered the West African Guinea market, adding a touch of color to the Chinese railway's global expansion.
