Project Overview

The starting point of the route K0+000 is located in Pingpo Village on the south side of Bonan Town, Yongping County, Dali Prefecture, connecting Yunlong to the end of Yongping Expressway, and connecting with the G56 Dabao Expressway with a cross junction. The route ending point K91+250 is located near Hongmuzhai on the southeast side of Jiujia, Tianyuan Town, Changning County, Baoshan City. A T-shaped hub interchange is set up to connect with the K18+600 of the Changbao Expressway under construction. The total length of the route is 94.943 kilometers, of which the Dali section is 48.44 kilometers and the Changning section is 46.503 kilometers. The main control points are Yongping County, Changjie Township, Shuixie Township, Wujie Township, Shaoshui Town, and Changning County Town.

It is planned to set up 2 service areas, 6 parking areas, 2 high-level management sections (monitoring sub-centers), 6 toll stations, 2 maintenance work areas, 13 substations, and 4 tunnel management offices across the line.

Estimated investment

According to the "Yongping-Changning Expressway Feasibility Study Report", the estimated investment of Yongping-Changning Expressway (Changning Section) is RMB 12,684,448,100 (including construction period loan interest of RMB 957,298,400), with an average construction cost of RMB 272,766,200 per kilometer Yuan.

The main line is constructed according to the standard of two-way four-lane expressway. The designed speed of Yongping-Wujie section is 80 km/h, and the roadbed width is 25.5m. The design speed of Wujie-Changning section is 100km/h and the roadbed width is 26m. The design of bridges and culverts adopts highway-I level as the vehicle load level, and other technical indicators are implemented in accordance with "Highway Engineering Technical Standards" (JTGB01-2014).

The Yongping South Link adopts the first-class highway standard, with a design speed of 60 km/h and a roadbed width of 24.5 meters; the Changning East Link uses a first-class highway standard, with a design speed of 60 km/h and a roadbed width of 24.5 meters; The four connecting lines of Factory Street, Shuixie, Wujie, and Shaoshui adopt secondary road standards, with a design speed of 40 km/h and a roadbed width of 10 meters.
